OUR ORIGINS Expertise serving the glass industry LUBEN was founded with a clear mission: to bring technical expertise and specialist knowledge to the glass industry. The company began by providing consultancy on the use of chemical products in glassmaking, soon expanding its activities to include lubricants and spare parts for forming machines. From the very beginning, the goal has remained the same: to understand each customer’s needs and provide practical, reliable and tailor-made solutions.

The partnership with OMCA, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-precision mechanical components, machinery and plants, marked the beginning of a strategic collaboration. The combination of glass process expertise, engineering and manufacturing capabilities opened a new phase of growth.

In-depth knowledge of the glass forming process enables LUBEN GLASS to design and manufacture high-strength mechanical components for forming machines and equipment used across both the Hot End and Cold End. Selected materials, advanced technologies and manufacturing flexibility allow us to develop both standard components and customised solutions designed to ensure precision, reliability and long service life. Thanks to an extensive machine park and a dedicated metrology room for quality control, LUBEN GLASS manages the entire manufacturing process in-house, from incoming materials through to final product inspection.
