GALAXY by LUBEN GLASS is an advanced automated measuring system developed for the high-precision dimensional inspection of neck rings and plungers used in glass manufacturing.
The system combines a high-precision touch probe for neck ring inspection with four laser measuring heads for plunger measurement, enabling accurate and repeatable control of key dimensions and deviations.
GALAXY supports efficient quality control through automated handling, pneumatic grippers and configurable loading solutions. In advanced configurations, the AW1 automatic warehouse module allows continuous measuring cycles using dedicated trays.

Dual Measuring Technology
